High Protein Quiche Lorraine
High Protein Quiche Lorraine


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Spinach

  • 2 cups Mushrooms

  • 1 Onion

  • 2 cups Non-Fat 0% Milk

  • 1/2 Block tofu

  • 1 cup Non-Fat 0% Greek Yogurt

  • 12 Eggs

  • 1/2 cup Cheese

  • 1/2 cup Ham

  • Olive Oil

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt & Pepper



  1. Roast your veggies (Onions, Mushroom, Spinach, or any you desire) with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Blend Tofu, Yogurt, Skim milk, Olive oil, Nutmeg, Salt&Pepper. Add to whisked eggs.

  3. Pour blend over roasted veg, cheese, and ham.

  4. Bake 35min at 175*
