Initial Nutrition, Health, and Lifestyle Assessment


Your first 45-minute session is all about getting to know you. We'll take a deep dive into your nutrition, lifestyle, and goals so we can create a plan that truly fits. During this session, we'll explore:

  • Eating patterns and habits – What you typically eat, preferences, issues, challenges, and any dietary restrictions.

  • Medical background – Including any health conditions, medications, or past concerns that may influence your nutrition.

  • Lifestyle factors – How you sleep, move, manage stress, and what your daily routine looks like.


Once we have a comprehensive understanding of your situation, we will work together to develop your personalized nutrition strategy. Together, we will:

  • Set clear, realistic goals – Whether it's managing a health condition, improving body composition, aiming for a fitness achievement, or optimizing health overall.

  • Establish balanced foundational habits – That work with your lifestyle, not against it.

  • Review practical tools and resources. 


Follow-Up Sessions

Nutrition is a continuous journey, so we will work together to optimize your routines and health habits to best suit your needs.

  • Review your progress: And fine-tune your plan where needed.

  • Address challenges: Or questions that may occur.

  • Focus on long-term success – So, the changes we make are sustainable.

  • Explore other options: As your sessions develop, we can explore beyond the foundational aspects of improvement. Depending on your needs, this may include supplements, gut health tests, or a whole range of nutritional support items.
